Your adventure begins at Harstad Brewery, where the brewmaster himself shares how his unique beers come to life — followed by a tasting that lets you savor the result. Each beer will be accompaniedby traditional cured meats and crispbread from Refsnes Matglede.
Next, you’ll visit the nearby Olaåsen Gård to sample traditional Norwegian cured mutton inside a cozy lavvo tent. In winter, this is the perfect spot to gaze at the dancing Northern Lights — if you’re lucky, nature might treat you to a show.
The evening concludes at Røkenes Gård, where you’ll enjoy a lovingly prepared dinner with a main dish and dessert — a perfect finale to this unforgettable culinary experience.
