Your trip starts with a 20-minute introduction covering essential paddling techniques, safety instructions, and how to handle the equipment. Once everyone is ready, you’ll head out onto the river for a fun and scenic ride through the heart of Trondheim.
This activity is ideal for families with children aged 8 and up, or for groups of friends and coworkers looking for something different. No prior experience is needed—just dress for the weather and enjoy the ride.

Good to know
Please arrive 10 minutes before the activity begins. The meeting point is located at Tempe idrettsanlegg, above the football field at the end of Bostadvegen. The site is easily accessible by bus, with several lines from the city center. Participants must carry the board a short distance (approx. 50 meters) before and after the trip. Wear appropriate clothing for the weather and water conditions. In summer, bring sun protection, water, and light footwear. Dry or wetsuits are recommended to stay warm.
