Meet your licensed guide and professional chef (with over a decade of kitchen experience) at Frognerseteren Metro Station — please arrive 10–15 minutes early.
You’ll begin a relaxed forest walk, with your guide sharing insights into Norwegian culture, traditions, and Norway’s mountain gastronomy. Along the way, learn how nature and food are deeply connected in everyday life.

The tour includes generous tastings of traditional cold plates featuring lamb, cured mountain trout, horse, venison, and other local delicacies rarely found in restaurants.

We’ll stop at a scenic viewpoint (weather permitting) to enjoy a short break with beautiful views, photo opportunities, and a tasting of local food delicacies before continuing toward our camp spot.

Next, we reach our scenic forest camp. While your chef prepares a lovely mountain banquet, take a refreshing dip in a crystal-clear mountain lake—the perfect summer cool-off before your forest feast is served! Bring towels and a swimsuit.
