Buono a sapersi

  • Il numero minimo di partecipanti richiesto è di due persone. Se si prenota per se stessi, si può pagare per due biglietti per adulti o il tour viene cancellato a meno che non ci siano altre persone che prenotano lo stesso tour in una data successiva. Se pagate due biglietti per adulti, vi verrà rimborsato il biglietto in più se altre persone si uniranno allo stesso tour.
  • Il tour parte da Fiskerihavna ad Alta. È necessario arrivare 15 minuti prima della partenza. Al punto d'incontro, vi verranno fornite tute calde (in caso di freddo) e giubbotti di salvataggio. Una volta che tutti sono pronti, si sale a bordo della barca con il capitano.
  • I cani non sono ammessi, ad eccezione dei cani da assistenza.
  • I bambini sotto i 6 anni possono partecipare. È necessario inviare una richiesta diretta a noi in anticipo.
  • Se siete soggetti al mal di mare, prendete un farmaco per il mal di mare 3 ore prima dell'inizio del tour.

Politica di riprogrammazione dei tour a causa delle condizioni meteorologiche

  • Se si verificano condizioni meteorologiche avverse all'ora e alla data di un tour prenotato, avete la possibilità di cancellare il tour con un rimborso completo o di riprogrammarlo in una nuova data.

  • Nel caso in cui il cliente scelga di riprogrammare il tour anziché cancellarlo e vengano concordati una nuova data e un nuovo orario tra il cliente e il capitano, questo nuovo accordo diventa vincolante. Se il cliente non partecipa al tour nella data e nell'ora riprogrammate, la prenotazione originale rimane valida e il pagamento del tour sarà comunque richiesto per intero.

  • In caso di ritardo, la barca aspetterà fino a 10 minuti dopo l'orario di inizio del tour e poi partirà per il tour. Il cliente sarà quindi segnalato come no-show e non avrà diritto a un rimborso.

Trasporto di andata e ritorno nel raggio di 0-40 km (specificare il luogo di ritiro). Deve essere ordinato almeno 12 ore prima del tour.
