After the water session, gather around a campfire for a hands-on salmon flambé workshop. Learn how to cook salmon over an open flame using traditional techniques, then enjoy the meal you have prepared in a relaxed outdoor setting by the fjord.

Duration is approximately 3.5 hours. Small group limited to 3 participants. Instructor languages are English and French. Meeting point is at Skinnerbakken 8 in Oslo; arrive 10–15 minutes early. Not suitable for non-swimmers, people with mobility impairments, or those with heart problems. Bring swimwear, comfortable clothing, sunscreen, and a camera. Basic swimming skills are required.
