Join the Northern Lights Adventure by Snowmobile, starting in the heart of Alta, where you'll meet at the Æventyr Adventure Store. After a short transfer to the picturesque Gargia Valley, you'll gear up with thermal suits, boots, gloves, and helmets, ensuring you're comfortable and safe during the ride.
Whether you're a seasoned rider or a first-timer, no experience is necessary to operate the snowmobile, though a driver’s license and safety briefing are essential. Riding in pairs, you will navigate along the scenic old postal road toward the stunning Beskardes mountain range. Renowned for its beautiful landscapes, this area offers breathtaking views and the perfect setting for witnessing the northern lights.
Guided by experts who monitor the aurora forecast, the tour maximizes your chances of seeing this mesmerizing natural light display. After a thrilling snowmobile adventure and hopefully catching a glimpse of the northern lights, you'll return to the starting point in Alta.
Please note that northern lights sightings cannot be guaranteed as they are a natural phenomenon.

Good to know
You will share a snowmobile with another passenger, so each of you will get to drive half of the trip. If you want to drive all by yourself, select that in the booking.
Changes may occur due to weather. The supplier reserves the right to change the itinerary or cancel the trip if the weather conditions appear unsafe.
Only the holders of a valid B class drivers license are allowed to drive a snowmobile in Norway. You are required to present your license for verification before taking part on the ride. Participants without a valid driving license are only allowed to be passengers.
Not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with back problems. Be sure to wear warm clothing, including wool underwear, a hat, scarf, and layers to stay comfortable.
