It begins with a 10-minute walk up the Helgelandstrappa, a stone stairway built into the slopes of Øyfjellet. At the top, trained guides provide a quick briefing before securing each participant into a full-body harness.
The flight crosses 700 meters of open air, with panoramic views of the river, the town’s historic wooden buildings, and the lush Helgeland landscape. The ride ends near the Sjøgata district, making it easy to continue the day with a stroll through Mosjøen’s charming center.
