King Crab Safari by Riverboat to the Norwegian borderline

Join us for a riverboat tour from Kirkenes to the Norwegian–Russian border, combining King Crab, beautiful Arctic nature and the interesting history of this unique border area.

During the trip, we stop by our King Crab pots, where you can see the impressive King Crab up close and learn more about how it came to the Barents Sea.

From there, we continue by boat towards Boris Gleb and our facility close to the Norwegian border. Here we serve freshly prepared King Crab meal with one complimentary beverage, followed by cloudberries with cream and coffee or tea.

While the King Crab is being prepared, our local guide will tell you more about the history of the border area, Boris Gleb, the Orthodox Church and the people who have lived in this region for generations.

You'll be as close to the border that you can almost touch it! However, trespassing is illegal.
