- It is the angler's responsibility to obtain a valid fishing licence where required.
- Equipment must be returned in the same condition as when collected.
- The renter is responsible for any damage to or loss of the equipment.
- A fishing licence is not included with the rental.
- Children under 16 can fish for free in freshwater with a rod. Adults must purchase a fishing licence where required.
