Information About Bookings, Responsibility and Travel Guarantee

True Norway Adventure is a digital booking platform acting as a reseller and distributor of activities and accommodations in Norway. The platform uses the booking system and product inventory provided by GoTo HUB AS for both activities and accommodations.

When you make a booking through True Norway Adventure, the booking is technically and administratively processed via GoTo HUB AS, which is the booking-responsible party.


Bookings and Service Delivery

All experiences and accommodations displayed on True Norway Adventure are provided and delivered by the respective local activity operator or accommodation provider.

The operator or accommodation provider is responsible for:

  • Delivering the activity or stay

  • The content, program, and quality of the service

  • Safety, equipment, and local regulations

Neither True Norway Adventure nor GoTo HUB AS acts as the organizer of the individual activities or accommodations. They provide a shared booking and distribution platform.


Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on True Norway Adventure are:

  • Set by the individual activity operator or accommodation provider

  • Shown inclusive of applicable taxes and fees

  • Free from hidden charges

When booking through True Norway Adventure, you always book directly from the provider at the best available price offered through GoTo HUB’s system.

Payments are processed via GoTo HUB AS’s payment solution, which supports established payment methods, including:

  • VISA

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay


Tickets and Booking Confirmation

After a successful booking, the following will be sent to the email address provided during checkout:

  • Booking confirmation

  • Voucher or ticket (usually delivered as a QR code)

The QR code or voucher must be presented on-site to participate in the booked activity. The same applies to accommodation bookings.


Changes and Cancellations

Each activity operator and accommodation provider has its own cancellation and modification policies.

These policies:

  • Are clearly displayed on the product or accommodation page before booking

  • Are included in your booking confirmation

All requests related to:

  • Cancellations

  • Booking changes

  • Refunds

are handled via GoTo HUB AS. When contacting support, you must provide your booking reference number.

Requests are normally processed within 24–48 hours.


Travel Responsibility and Travel Guarantee

GoTo HUB AS is the party that:

  • Manages the booking system

  • Acts as the booking-responsible entity

  • Provides the travel guarantee in accordance with Norwegian Package Travel Regulations

GoTo HUB AS is a member of the Norwegian Travel Guarantee Fund (Reisegarantifondet – RGF) and has provided the required travel guarantee in compliance with applicable regulations.
The Norwegian Travel Guarantee Fund is equivalent to the Swedish Kammarkollegiet.

True Norway Adventure does not provide its own travel guarantee but distributes bookings covered by GoTo HUB AS’s guarantee.
