Picnic Basket with Local Food from Stavsmarken Farm

At Stavsmarken Farm, you will find a charming farm shop offering a varied selection of local products and unique treasures. The shop is the perfect place to discover local delicacies and small everyday essentials. Upstairs, you’ll find our cozy seasonal café, offering a warm and homely atmosphere.

You can choose between two different picnic baskets — or “matbommæ,” as it is locally called on Vega:

Drauslin – “A good feeling after a meal”

Godæmt – “Satisfied and pleasantly full”

In the café, you can also enjoy simple lunch dishes and delicious homemade baked goods, including the famous carrot cake. The farm shop and café are open from June 16 to August 9, every day except Sunday.

We welcome group bookings for a minimum of 10 people, and we want every guest to feel at home with us.

The picnic basket can be picked up during the café’s opening hours, Monday to Saturday between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Return of the basket can be arranged when picking it up.

Local beer and other beverages are available for purchase as extras.
