Experience a unique kayaking adventure at the foot of Svartisen, Norway's second-largest glacier. The kayak tour takes place in the glacier's meltwater lake.
Engabrevatnet is the setting for an unforgettable paddling experience. Here, you glide silently across glacial waters, surrounded by majestic mountains and the impressive glacier reflecting on the surface. This is a kayaking arena that allows you to experience nature's raw power and beauty up close.
During the tour, you will get close to Engabreen, one of Svartisen's mighty glacier arms. You will see stunning ice formations in various shades of blue. The surrounding silence is broken only by the sound of your oars hitting the water and the occasional drip from the ice, creating a unique atmosphere.
The tour lasts three hours and is suitable for active individuals aged 10 and up, with no prior experience required. We recommend paddling with our experienced guides; all necessary equipment and training are provided before departure. This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience where you can disconnect from everyday life and simply enjoy nature.
The tour is conducted in Norwegian and is accessible to most people, as there are no special requirements for participation. We accommodate both small and large groups of 10 or more people. We will meet at Brestua before the tour begins.
