Three-day dogsledding expedition with the first night in a lodge, followed by two days of dogsledding with one overnight stay in a camp.
All meals from dinner on day one until lunch on day three are included. Transport from Lakselv airport on day one and transfer back on day three are included.
Minimum 2 participants, maximum 7. Kids under 16 must travel with an adult.
Perfect for travelers short on time but eager for a real adventure, this journey offers two full days of dogsledding through the winter landscapes of Finnmark.
Day 1 : Begin your weekend on friday with a visit to a husky farm, where you’ll meet the dogs and learn about life with sled dogs in the Arctic. You will drive your own team of huskies, learn the basics of mushing. Overnight and dinner at the lodge nearby the kennel.
Day 2: Full Day of Dogsledding through varied Arctic terrain with a traditional outdoor lunch and dinner. Overnight stay in a traditional gamme tent.
Day 3: Dogsledding & Departure : Second day of dogsledding on new routes depending on conditions, outdoor lunch, followed by afternoon return and departure.

What do I need to bring?
Thermal underwear (wool), a fleece or wool sweater, ski pants, thin wool socks, personal clothing, a neck warmer, sunglasses or dark goggles, a winter jacket, toiletries, and thin working gloves (wool or fleece).
- Accommodation (1 night in lodge, 1 night in gamme tent).
- All meals from dinner on Day 1 to lunch on Day 3.
- Professional guide.
- Dog sledding equipment.
- Necessary tour equipment: Dogsledding suits, boots, goggles, water bottle, headlamps, thick woolen socks, mittens.
- You are eligible to receive a full refund of the booking amount if you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before the scheduled start time.
Optional add-on: Stay until Monday with extra dinner, night, and breakfast possible at the lodge.
