Via Ferrata Telemark is located at Skrede Fjell and offers a unique opportunity to experience the mountain in a safe and thrilling way. This activity is designed for both beginners and experienced climbers, providing a great way to enjoy the nature of beautiful Telemark. Participants receive a brief introduction before embarking on a 3-hour journey up the mountain. The route is secured with cables, and along the way, you will experience stunning views of the landscape. On clear days, you can see Gaustatoppen—the highest mountain in Southern Norway—from the summit.
The activity is suitable for everyone aged 7 to 70 and is an excellent way to test your climbing skills. Lasting three hours, this is a perfect family activity that combines physical exercise with memorable nature experiences.

The Telemark Camping & Motel is a rustic, beautifully situated, small-scale nature campsite on Lake Skredvatn in Fyresdal, Telemark (South Norway)
Due to the rustic character that we strive for, and to give people more than enough (holiday) space, we maintain a maximum number of customers.
The accommodation consists of a campground with 8 log cabins, 7 camper pitches, and a tent field with space for hiker tents and an outdoor kitchen for general use and a fully equipped lavvu tent with wood stove, located directly on the lake!
There is also a motel with various 2 person rooms.
We have the facilities to accommodate large groups, in tents or other accommodations.
The campsite is also the starting point of the Via Ferrata, a cable-protected route to the top of Skrede mountain. After a brief instruction of the climbing equipment and the route, you can set off independently. For all daredevils from young to old! You can even spend the night on a terrace halfway up Skrede mountain!
