Each class explores a different part of Norway’s food culture, from classic fish soup and a traditional lunch course to a full three-course dinner in The Norwegian Masterclass. During the class you will learn traditional techniques, hear the stories behind the dishes and enjoy the meal you have prepared.

This 90-minute class begins with the story behind one of Norway’s most beloved dishes, before we cook the soup together and sit down to enjoy it. Fish soup has deep roots along the Norwegian coast and remains a symbol of our connection to the sea.
Participants receive a small booklet with recipes and the history of Norwegian fish soup, along with an apron.
Culinary Academy is a center for food and wine. Our chefs and sommeliers are among the best in the country, all with a passion for taste and quality. Our venue is located in Oslo´s food court at Vulkan. We offer taste flights and Masterclasses where you cook a long with our chefs and learn the authentic Norwegian way with food.
