The yoga practice is calm and meditative (classical hatha yoga), with a focus on breathing, presence, and movement. All exercises can be adapted, and it is entirely possible to participate regardless of experience, age, or physical limitations.
The most important thing is not how it looks, but how it feels.
The yoga class is a calm and meditative practice in the classical hatha tradition. We move through simple exercises at a comfortable pace, with extra focus on breathing, presence, and gentle movements that calm the nervous system and connect you with your body.
There is room for everyone here – whether you are completely new, have practiced before, are young or older, or have physical limitations. The exercises can always be adapted, and you are encouraged to listen to your body and choose what feels right for you.
The most important thing is not how it looks from the outside, but how it feels on the inside.
