Visit the Snow Resort Kirkenes and enjoy a guided tour through icy sculptures followed by a locally-inspired 3-course dinner. Round-trip transfers from central Kirkenes hotels included.
Spend an evening in the Arctic wilderness on a guided visit to the Snow Resort Kirkenes. After a short transfer from Kirkenes city center, you’ll be welcomed by the fire in the Gabba café before starting your exploration of the Snow Resort Kirkenes.
Step inside the ice-carved hotel to see detailed ice sculptures and themed snow suites, and enjoy a welcome drink served in the atmospheric ice bar. Your guide will share insights about the hotel’s construction and year-round operation in this remote region of Northern Norway.
After the tour, head into the warm and rustic Låven Restaurant to enjoy a 3-course dinner prepared with seasonal ingredients from the Arctic region. You’ll have time to return to the ice bar for photos or another drink before returning to town, or you may choose to stay longer and arrange your own transport back to Kirkenes.

This tour runs from September 1 to April 30. The same experience without transfer is available year-round. Please specify dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, allergies) during booking. Also confirm your pickup location (Thon or Scandic Kirkenes). Return transfer is at 20:45; if you wish to stay longer at the venue, you may arrange a taxi at your own cost.
