Join us on a unique walking tour through Røros, Norway’s renowned local food destination. During the tour, you will learn about the history, traditions, and development of local food production, as well as the origins of some of the region’s most famous products and dishes. The experience concludes at Kaffestuggu, one of Røros’ oldest cafés and restaurants, where you will enjoy a tasting platter inspired by both traditional and contemporary food culture.

Practical information:
The first part of the tour takes place outdoors and lasts approximately one hour. Please wear clothing and footwear suitable for the weather conditions.
