5-Course Dinner at Hildurs Urterarium – Tilrem, Brønnøysund

Enjoy an evening full of flavor with a 5-course dinner at Hildurs Urterarium, located at Tilrem just outside Brønnøysund. Dinner is served at 7:00 PM every night during the summer season and features dishes prepared with ingredients sourced from local farms, the fjord, the herb garden, and the surrounding landscape.

The meal is served in the historic Sagastua, a space inspired by Tilrem's long history, featuring long tables, an open fireplace, and warm, rustic interiors. With room for both large and small groups, this is a great setting for celebrations or a relaxed evening out. A dedicated children’s menu and a wine pairing tailored to the evening's dishes are also available.

The menu changes with the season and available ingredients – no fixed courses, but always crafted with care and rooted in local traditions. After dinner, coffee can be enjoyed in the lounge, surrounded by family photos and brocade furniture.

Dinner is served at 7:00 PM every evening during the summer season. Food allergies must be reported in advance. Children under 2 eat free. Children aged 2–11 pay half price. Full price applies from age 12.
